RAM for ASUS P8P67 LE

Recently my windows 10 crashed and after troubleshooting, I found that one of my RAM had errors in Memtest86.
My current setup:
ASUS P8P67 LE with i5-2500.
Current RAM: Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G(x2)

Question:
1. Can I upgrade the current ram to 8gb? as in, using the same Kingston brand and 1333Mhz (not sure if it is compatible).
If can, I would plan to get 2x 8gb ram.

2. If not, I would have to buy another 3 same Kingston RAM to fit all 4 DIMM (4x4gb).

3. Also is there other brand/type ram recommended?

Budget 2.5k, don't need monitor, mouse and keyboard. Need recommendations on the graphic card (preferably Nvidia) and PSU tho, not sure how much power is needed. Don't intend to OC.

how do i use the proxy and dl stuff? im blocked somehow..
i know how to use ultrasurf, but thats for surfing..
