Hi, most of friends here open topic for asking rig build but I hope got Sifus here can suggest a full custom water cooling.
Hope the wc kit silent and perfomance better than Noctua D14. My budget from rm600-rm900.
CPU is 3770k
Chasis is CM 922

How about XSPC RX 240 full kit? 750 cheaper than D5, what is the different ?
