I'm looking for Achilles ATR '16 tyres (new). I've surveyed several places in Bangi, puchong areas alas no Achilles ATR to be found. Since CNY eve is just around the corner, does anyone know where possibly I can get it at this hour around kajang, bangi, putrajaya area?

Am I been duped?

Hi everyone,

I really need help and advice on this one.
3 weeks ago I go to XXX auto city and interested with a used neo CPS ('10, low mileage, RM48,xxx, Public Bank car loan 3.5% pa). The selling agent with his sweet talk and everytg said my documents is strong (fresh degree grad, 5 months working till present in a bank, nett income RM2.3-2.5k never take any loan before, no ptptn etc.) and can backup with guarantor if needed.

The 1st week I settled the docs. bank called the 1st week and the following week for guarantor detail. 2nd Week and 3rd week things started to get fishy. 3rd week particularly the car was not there and I asked and answered that it's at another showroom, afraid it might get stolen since he did not chain it. At tat particular time oso they started to break hopes on my loan application. These are the reasons:

1. I just work for 5 months, the bank may not approve.
2. I need a co-guarantor beside the present guarantor because im still young (24yrs old), my credit rating is not feasible.
3. Neo cps (two doors hatchback to be specific) is hard to get loan nowadays because they often get stolen so the bank are afraid to approve such loan.
4. It's hard to get loan approve nowadays because stringent BNM regulation.

At the end, the 3rd week when i stop by to check the loan n the car, they simply said "like this lah. we return ur front payment. I oso headache with your loan". I ask if I can bring a co-guarantor will it helps and they insist of returning the front payment. So I ended up cancelling the loan process.

my question is, are those reasons above genuinely true? BNM regulations I understand but to what extend it restricts?

I spend hundreds going back and forth for tolls and fuel just to ensure that the process is smooth and this is what I got. I just want to find a decent car for my daily commute...I'm not aiming skyhigh. I know where I stands but this is totally unbelievable. My colleagues and friends also did not believe this situation..

Please help me...

Hello fellow /k ,

My friend had just got her 1st job at Technology Park Malaysia (TPM) and I suggested her to look for a room to rent since she lives in Bdr Br Bangi and she can't drive. She hav to go through three different stops (KTM UKM -> Bdr Tasik Selatan -> LRT Bukit Jalil) and Rapid Bus at Bukit Jalil LRT is very infrequent.

As far as my observation goes, the closest apartment to TPM is Arena Green and there are vacancies. Has anyone ever rent room there? Could you describe how was/is your experience renting there? in terms of environment, residence etc.
