Contractor messed up my renovation

Hello everyone, I recently engaged with a interior designer who handled my condo's renovation. It was around 80% completed when I moved in.

Today, when I reach home, I discovered my whole unit flooded. All the way from living room sofa, kitchen, master room and 80% of the whole area.

The pipes have probably leaked for hours by the time I reached home around 8pm.

I'm concerned about my new carpentry, furniture, floor tiles, or any other water damage. I know my unit will never be the same anymore.

I'm very depressed. Please help guys...

What should I do? I spent so much money into this renovation...

Can I sue the contractor for all the water damage? They are just a sole proprietor...

Update:
Contractor came the next day and found the issue. He claims the copper pipe (linked to water tank heater) vibrates a lot which eventually lead to the pipe fitting getting loose over time (I just moved in like 10 days). He said he will tighten the fitting and add additional support to the copper pipe to reduce the vibration so it doesn't happen again. I have no idea if this contractor is just bullshitting or not.

The fix (new update):
Contractor "tighten" the fitting/connector and added additional support all around the pipes. Does this solve the problem permanently? I have no idea. Everyday i enter my house, there is a dark cloud floating on top of me, wondering when the next leak will happen again. I will most likely get another consultation from another plumber soon.

I've found out the Chinese manufacturers will make something as good or bad as you request. It's the guy hiring the Chinese manufacturer that decides to make them cheap.

Hello business people! I've been trying to start a small business here but as a startup, I'm always concerned about cost. I've been trying to expand a little bit from just working at home to hiring a few employees so I can focus on bigger things.

Any startup wants to share an office with me?

Here's my suggestion:
1. We can rent a small office around 800 square feet
2. Monthly rental RM1,200 divide 2 = RM600
3. You have your space, I have my space
4. Mind your own business environment
5. Suggested location - Pacific Place and Dataran Prima (Affordable cost with commercial environment)

Advantages:
1. Lower cost and expenses (electric, water, internet)
2. Small space but comfortable enough for 3-5 employees (each person)
3. Share facilities (tolerate a bit la, maybe we can share a printer together? i dont know)
4. Professional working environment - graduates are more willing to accept a job at your place
5. Your company automatically looks "bigger" if clients were to come and find you

Disadvantages:
1. Just like sharing a condo unit, hopefully no disturbance. Everyone tolerate a bit la

*One condition: Both businesses should not have conflict of interest

UPDATED:
1. I'm talking about a small office, not a big one. NO renovations needed. Just set up your own table and you are good to go.

Items to buy:
1. Air cond (we can share)
2. Apply internet (shared)
3. Your own table, chair, computer, printer
4. Done

Dataran Prima:
1. More commercial area
2. High traffic area
3. Surrounding are banks, printing shops, stationary, 7 Eleven, lots of food, etc
4. Whole area is business environment

Pacific Place:
1. Shopping mall behind, residential next block (50/50) - less commercial area
2. Lower traffic area
3. Surrounding not as complete as dataran prima - lack of surrounding shops nearby
4. Some people are renting the units there to live (single studio type)

Hey guys, so I've been digging into my precious childhood stuff and I found a letter I used to write to my penpal back then when I was very very young. Back before when internet had to connect to jaring and before all those social media stuff.

Apparently the only information I got from the letters from her are her P.O Box and a contact number (year 2004) which has already been discontinued.

Is it possible to get information based on a contact number more than 10 years ago?

So I changed my brake master pump 3 days ago. Old proton saga. Then, I went out to test drive and make sure the brakes are good. I speed along the highway during midnight. All working fine then suddenly my brake pedal jammed. Keep on pressing on my brake pedal but it became very hard. Cannot push it down at all. Luckily I pulled my hand brake and the car finally came to a halt safely. I brought it back to the mechanic but they say everything is okay and they don't believe me because they couldn't duplicate the problem. Means that they also test drive for one hour or so but the problem didn't happen again. I am really worried.

So, what actually is the problem? Anyone can suggest?

When I was in primary 5, I was punished to do susu cap junjung pose in front of my entire class. (Refer image below)

Few weeks later, the teacher punish my friend by using a ruler to smack his palm.

The next day, my friend's mother went to talk to the teacher and later on, the teacher praised me that I am not a spoiled child like my friend.

It has been 15+ years and I still remember his name, Cikgu Baharuddin.

Can claim insurance?

Friend's car got stolen a while back.

When report police, only realize that driving license is already expired for one month. (he seldom drive because Uni is 3 minutes walk away only)

Inspector advice him to renew license first then only claim insurance.

After renew license, he went back to verify the police report (and paid RM2 with receipt).

So, still can claim insurance?

Please advice.

P/S: Can't use family's name because family is out of country currently.

Here's the story:

House got 4 people stay.

Previously was landlord (24 years old) and his brother stay there alongside with 2 other housemate, so total is 4 people.

Now me and my friend moved in after landlord and his brother moved out.

I use their Unifi 5mbps too slow.

I ask them if it is okay we upgrade Unifi to 10mbps (RM200) because I need it for my work.

They say each person (RM50) too expensive cannot afford.

But they keep streaming and shit, don't care about my work.

I straight apply for my own Unifi.

Now the 2 housemate need to pay for their current 5mbps Unifi (RM75 each)

They are unhappy now cause didn't inform them earlier.

Whose fault is it now?

I stay there, no contract say I must share internet with them right?
