Dlink DWA 140 help

Hallo,

I have a problem with my DWA-140 RangeBooster N USB Adapter..
It always comes back again, despite reinstalling the following error message:

"The application failed to start because wnicapi.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

What does this mean ?

Currently using windows 7 pro 64 bit...
