4GB DDR3 1333MHz SDRAM memory

my question is i wanna use HD5850 GC
can i upgrade the PSU and new casing ? or my motherboard wont support the new PSU?

what is the process for hire purchase full settlement
correct me if im wrong

1. Find a buyer
2. Buyer apply loan > Loan Approved > Seller obtain full settlement statement from bank and grand
3. Seller proceed to JPJ Inspection to obtain B5 Forum
4. If seller own more to bank seller prepare a bank draft and submit together to buyers bank together with Grand and inspection for so the buyer bank will issue 1 cheque to make full settlement to owners bank
5. Buyer bank make full settlement and transfer name

Is this correct ? how long does the process take for step 4?

I want to make full settlement for my car, I called the bank and they said full settlement amount is Rm85.986
now i got a buyer where loan has been approved but i cant take the Grant from my bank becoz overdue 3 months
If i pay off the 3 months overdue i believe that the full settlement will be recalculate again. My question is after i pay 3 month outstanding how much is the full settlement amount will be ? i called bank and ask but they said they cant tell me until i pay, Below is my loan details for calculation

Loan Taken: Rm 96000
Interest: 4.5%
Monthly payment: Rm 1250
Total Tenure: 9 years = 108 months
Payment until now : 22 months payment made

Someone please help to calculate, the online calculator is not that accurate

i need some advise on settling my debts, i learned my lesson not to take so much of loans which i cant afford, i lost my job and now just found a new job, however my salary is no longer as what i earned before, where im earning lesser now, below is what my commitment is

Credit cards: 11k
personal loan: 12k
carloan: 85k
carloan: 45k (cousin is using this car)

My expenses monthly

car: 1250
personal loan: 330
utility: 400
rental: 350
total: 2830

my salary bring back home after EPF is Rm 3011
with this i dont have $ for daily expenses and i cant pay my CC, what a life, so i was thinking of to sell my car, the full settlement to the bank is 85k however the market value for my card is somewhere 65k to 70k, worst come to worst i need 20k if i decide to sell my car, but i was thinking how and im really blur, I tried to apply personal loans but all rejected, of coz becoz of my CCRIS record, I obtained my credit report from BNM and i see my CCRIS under my personal loan and my car, under special attention is my credit cards, which 100% i cant get any personal loan, i tried with 5-6 banks but no luck..

I feel the only way to lighten the burned is to sell my car, so my parents offered me to remortgage the house but i dont exactly know how or what the process to remortgage the house. The house is fully paid off and value is 85k.

I asked one of the bank officer and he said that if my parents is aged 55 is hard, another one said the property is below 600sq so cant remortgage

I need some advice on this topic. I intend to sell my car. bought it1 ½ years ago n i took the loan for RM 93,000. I pay for RM 1250/month, paid for 18 months, I checked with the bank and they said it still have 113k, if i do full settlement will be around 88k, I see many used car selling from 75-85k but lot of them offer like 70k only

My question is how do I sell my car. If I want to sell my car for RM 85,000 . Do I need pay the extra money to the bank. Or there is other method that I dont need to pay anything and just get my car sold? due to financial situation i cant pay it anymore, btw its a bmw e46 01/reg 05
