<WTA> Xbox360s power brick just gone red.

The last time i played was yesterday and it was doing exactly fine. But today morning as i turned on the console, it lights up for a moment and off BUT, the power brick (NOT THE CONSOLE) light turns red and i cant turn on the xbox at all. Unplugged and plug in and theres no change at all. Any idea?

I'm wondering if my monitor could be used with my xbox 360 if i use a HDMI-DVI converter for it. anyone ever tried? I don't want to waste my money buying one and ended up useless.

If I move my mouse in any other way, it only turns right and goes up.. It doesn't react normally..any ideas?

I have owned a PS3 for 1 year but I never actually known those R1, R2, R3 and R4 stuff. The only thing I know it's 'region'. So 1,2,3,4 stands for what region? And does it effect any updates(for the upcoming patch, add-ons etc2.) or playing it online?
