Budget Renovation for townhouse

Hi all sifu here,
I am looking for a contractor to do my townhouse renovation.

1) Increase high for car porch floor and add tiles
2) simple plaster ceiling at master room (200sqf) and 2 commmon area total 300SQft
3) hacking and put on new tiles (2X2)
4) remove tiles and WC and put on new. wall tiles till 8ft
5) hacking and re-tiles rooms and dining hall.
6) Kitchen cabinet top is chip board and bottom is concrete table tops with tiles include piping.
7) Custom made walldrobe and TV cabinet.
8) Add power point. 15Points

can be budget within 15k ?
Any recommend contractor ?
