Raven 180mm fan to 120mm modification?

Have any 1 tried doing it? I want to know how to modify the current fan bracket to fit a 120mm fan. Stock 180mm fan doesn't seem to be that good at all

Btw I've try to google it out but to no avail. Now have to rely on experts here
