Hi,

as per topic, any similar product users have this kinda issue? and what's ur solution?(except getting a new/exchange)

its used few yrs and the exchange warranty was over with dell, now was jz under their 5 yrs support

as i'm aware that lcd adapters might hav power failure issue
however this monitor's adapter was built-in causing me cant swap it easily, since years ago lcds were manufactured w/o external adapter

if were to repair, any price range and reliable shop suggestion?(Puchong Sunway Subang area)
i do wan to spoil the cosmetics of this monitor due to poor workmanship
