Does anyone notice the police uniform nowadays covers the badge and number with the black belt ?

I been hearing a lot of fake advertisements in Mudah.my. I cannont find any thread on this, so I will start one.

Recently I made a purchase of a second hand Samsung Mobile phone, at the price of RM290. After hearing how difficult and far the seller is staying, i agree to bank in the payment in addition to the postage fee. After i have made the payment, the seller mobile number is not reachable. The payment was made almost a week ago.

has anyone heard of this guy ? is he a frequent conman ?
