MRTA rejected. Need advise.

Dear guys/ gals,

Good day,

I recently signed a bank loan with MRTA included in the loan amount. After that the insurance company called me to do a medical checkup as i have a pre-existing medical condition (age 40+), high blood pressure.

Today i received a letter from insurance company that my MRTA application is rejected.

Does it also mean that my approved loan with bank, will also be rejected ? or I need to pay for higher loan interest?

How to start loan payment instead pay interest 1st

Hi guys/ gals,

Have anyone here started to pay their housing loan payment instead of paying 1st interest while waiting for the house is completed?
Currently i'm paying interest only but i wish to start paying my house loan so that i can finish it earlier.

Can we request to the bank to allow to us to pay the house loan (principal + interest) ? If yes, do they charge a fee for it?

Dear guys/ gals,

I'm looking to buy my 1st house and i have a few questions regarding the SPA & Loan Legal Fee.

Q1 : Usually the lawyer will require the buyer to make payment for these 2 types of fee on which stage? i.e during the signing of SPA agreement? OR after the signing the agreement

Q2 : Is the lawyer handling the SPA and Loan Legal Fee can the same person? or needs 2 different lawyer?

Q3 : Does the lawyer allows us to make the payment for SPA agreement and Loan Legal fee after I have withdrawal EPF money from my account? My intention is to use the additional of 10% allowable from EPF withdrawal to pay for it?

I wish to ask whether my deposit of 10% of the house is refundable to me in the event my loan is rejected? This is my 1st time buying a house. The reason I ask because the developer ask me to pay 10% 1st even though I told him I haven't secure a loan from Bank. Usually how does it takes the Bank process my loan?

Dear All Gurus,

Can anyone tell me how can I change / remove the password for the USER ACCOUNT in WinXP Pro SP2? I don't want to sign and type password every time I use my PC.

I don't see any option for me to change the setting other than 'CHANGE PASSWORD' setting.

Other than installing 'TWEAK UI' is there anyway I could change it?

Hi guys/gals,

I need help to setup my Streamyx connection using D-Link 2540T modem. I was unable to connect to Streamyx as VISTA keep prompting error message. B4 this I was using Aztech DSL600E but it was 'damage'. I just plug-in my new modem and click on the preset broadband connection icon but it is not working. Do I need set any special setting to the modem since it hv 4 ports.
