AFAIK, msi give 1 year warranty which is already expired, and intel give 3 years, and you may count how many days left. my advise, do not force the processor beyond it's limit. i use it a year and it never failed me . as long as you use it based on manufacturer setting and do protect this equipment with surge protector/avr/ups.
