Need advice on time/period to shift my career

Hey all, I would like to seek you guys opinion on the point that the most suitable in shifting my career.

I am from engineering background in design department dealing with analog and digital broadcast. Lets say i would like to shift/change my career path from engineering to business/management. When is the most suitable time?

FYI i am a fresh graduate with one year experience.

working attitude-dilemma

Hi there, i am facing dilemma in the working attitude we should adopt. For example, My friends and i work in a team towards one mission. Personally, i am having less experience and competentcy in terms of technical work. My friend in terms of technical he is a much more dominant figure. But sometime, i would just feel that what he say is somewhat not so true in solving the problem. Should i really stand out and tell him what are his weakness?

p/s: my friend does not take the advice easily. He is so dominant in the team, and the boss are more look up on him.
now i am filling my job as a supporting figure . Personally, i does feel that it should be okay for me to take this role and both of us working to achieve the target. thanks in advance.

does it good get to bond with mnc

hi everyone, now i still currently study in electrical and electronic field.

My question is, does it a wise move get to bond with a mnc under a period of three years?

what thing should i consider regarding bonding?
salary?
job scope?
future chances?
