RADEON HD5830 NO DISPLAY!

hey guys, i really hope someone can help me
i just upgraded my GPU from XFX9800GT to Sapphire Radeon HD5830.

but the problem i had was, when i rebooted my pc with the 5830 attached, my monitor did not have any display on it.
the beep sound was played, as well as the windows sound. i could log in into the windows but still had no display on the monitor.

i have tried:

repluggin the gpu over and over again,
repluggin my rams
tried using different dvi ports
tried repluggin my vga cables
tried detaching my harddisk, ram, gpu

the gpu fan is all runnning properly

my comp specs:

MOBO : ASUS M3N/H-HDMI
RAM: Hyper X ddr2 1gb x2
PSU: Gigabyte Odin 550w pure
Processor: AMD Athlon 64x2
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
