Kernel-Power Event ID-41 Error during Gaming

Hi guys,

I have been getting this error (random restarts) when I play games like Dota 2 / Watch Dogs (when output to a PC Monitor). However, if I output to my living room TV, those games work just fine.
I am using Leadtek GTX 760, is it because this card is not compatible with some monitor resolution or etc? :/

New PC, New LCD, No Display Detected

I just got back from Viewnet Lowyat like literally 1 hour ago, excited with my new rig and Dell monitor.

Upon setting up, it is noticed that they left out a HDMI cable for me, as well as the plug point for my Dell LCD power adaptor.

Long story short, I connected the VGA to the Dell monitor, and it shows 'Entering Power Save Mode', and no content came out.
However when I plug the VGA to my laptop, my laptop content is shown on the Dell LCD.

I am wondering what could be the problem?
And that could the missing HDMI cable solve the display problem?
Am honestly quite disappointed with Viewnet, apart from the fact that I did not have sufficient time to ask them to do a test run before leaving the store.

Budget RM2.5k-RM3k
Purpose: Mainly for gaming (Call of duty, Battlefield, Skyrim, MMORPGs);
Parts re-used: Speakers only
GPU preferrence: -
Purchasing date: Sometime after CNY (end of February)

Not hardcore or particular about details, as long as the game can run decently on High settings or more (of course, the finer, the better).

And if you could, please suggest me the ideal place to buy from. I am currently staying in Kuala Lumpur.

I'll be really grateful for any genuine suggestions.

Preferrably under RM3k
