This seller is highly dishonest by selling a spoilt and repaired Paradigm Atom speaker by describing it as 8/10 when it fact the output of the spoilt speaker is very much softer compared to the unrepaired one. By running our fingers across the vinyl cloth of the speaker surface, we can feel the replaced screw protruding out. Enclosed is the copy of email through LYN from me to him.

I've asked my friends n in their opinion, since you delivered a defective product, NOT 8/10, then it's your responsibility to make good or replace another SAME product of good working quality. Under the grading of used items: 10/10 means unopened & unused. Meaning NEW. 9/10 means opened, not used with receipt & original box. 8/10 means used, without box, good working condition, original condition and with minor scratches. 7/10 means used, in working condition and noticeable scratches. You advertised as 8/10 is completely false and misleading. The speaker has been repaired as evidenced by the protruding screw when you run your fingers across the face of the vinyl cloth. The speaker on the repaired speaker has a very much softer output. Thus I cannot fully enjoy its stereo sound. That's the reason I returned it. I thank you for accepting the return, but first & foremost the return originated from a "faulty" speaker, not that I am nit picking over a minor defect.You have to penalise me for returning the speakers in such condition is totally unacceptable.

You incurred loss. Me too. I have to courier back the speakers to you, through no fault of mine. Buying & selling over the internet is a matter of trust and integrity. You build your trust and integrity by selling items according to your DESCRIPTION and grading. NOT wether you think or know nothing whether it works or not. This is NOT acceptable and not workable in the long run.

Please think this over. Is this going to Blemish your internet buying and selling on the long run? Once this gets listed, it stuck for eternity.

I am giving you 3 days grace for refund of Rm25 balance, otherwise I will publish in the open this piece of correspondence in this forum, mudah.com and any other forums that you have your Paradigm speakers listed.

This seller is still trying to sell some of his so called " HIGH END ", some classified as Marantz 10/10, Jamu Subwoofer 10/10. etc.. Please clarify whether these things are really 10/10? My knowledge is that these products should have original box, original receipt and unused. This is to prevent unscruptulous people from taking advantage of guilligible people over internet purchases.
