Confused with my relationship

My questions are :
1) why married men kept asking me out?
2) is a guy lying if he says that he loves me more than his wife and will divorce his wife if I agree to marry him?
3) how do I ignore someone whom I have feelings for and is constantly on my mind?
4) is it too much to ask for a guy to keep in touch by texting me constantly as we are in a long distance relationship and we only see each other max 3 times a year?

I’m in my 30s and I have a bf who doesn’t seem to be bothered to be with me. We have been in a long distance relationship and he only comes to see me if he has a business meeting in KL. Often times, I will be the one who drive to his place to spend time with him but I got tired of this as I feel that it’s a one way relationship. I asked to end the relationship but he refused.

One day, I met this long lost friend (a married guy) and we started getting close. We went out for dinner a couple times. Sometimes I enjoyed our outing but sometimes no. I wouldn’t deny that I have started liking him but I’ve refrained myself for falling for him because I know that it’s not right to be in a relationship with a married guy. Somehow, he always asks he out and always tells me that he misses me. I told him that it’s not possible because he is married but he told me that he will get a divorce the moment I agree to marry him. My problem is I don’t know how serious he is towards me coz when he is at home, he doesn’t text me for a certain period as the wifey is around. I may sound silly but why most guys who asks me out are married and tells me almost the same reasons that they are having problems with their other halves?

What should I do?

Unable to receive whatsapp notification

Hi everyone,

I have just updated the whatsapp to version 2.16.7 and i noticed that i do not get any notifications when anyone sends me a message. I have checked the settings and all notifications are switched on.

Anyone having the same issue and how can i rectify this? I have already restarted my phone but the problem still persists.

My friend's husband is flirting with me

Hi everyone,

I have known the couple for a few years and I am quite close to the wife. The couple has 3 kids and thus, my friend (the wife) pays almost all her attention to their kids while husband is always working and going home late. According to the wife, the husband is too busy at work and he sometimes has to go overseas. Thus, there's no time to bring kids out or have family time.

One day, the husband (who is also my friend) told me that he doesn't get the attention from his wife anymore because all the attention goes to their kids. She is also very controlling as in don't allow him to go for sports or yum cha with friends. I told him that it's fair for her to behave like this because of your children. You have to spend more time with them and everything will be back to normal.

After one year, I thought everything is settled but here comes the nightmare. The husband texted me some irrelevant text asking if i am free to meet him at the hotel. I had a shock of my life! I replied his texted "Excuse me? Ru insane? Do you know what ru talking about?" After that, he went silent.

My gut feeling told me that he texted the wrong person. I feel very bad for both of them. The wife is a close friend of mine. She always thinks that her husband is out there working very hard for the family but I am worried that his "foolishness" could cause them their family.

I really feel bad for them but I dont know how to solve this. Please tell me what to do. TQ.

New shoes

Girls and shoes are inseparable. I have always wondered how ladies put on really high heels and walk so fast and stable in them.

As for me, I always have problems (i.e. blisters everywhere ) when wearing new shoes and I really am afraid to buy new shoes. May i know what u ppl do to avoid all these problems (apart from the tradition of "biting" the shoe)? Any tips when buying those high heels/sandals?

Laptop wont switch on...

Hi,

I own a 1 year old Sony Vaio. Yesterday, my laptop could only start running (the screen will light up) for 1 second then the screen went blank (totally black). The funny thing is, I dont even need to press the Power button, everytime I open the lid of my laptop, it will run for 1 second then it goes blank. I seldom use my laptop and I am quite heart broken when this incident happen out of a sudden.

Could the IT Sifus out there advice me what is wrong and what should I do now?

How do I clean my bag?

GUY is "controlling" my bestfriend

My bestfriend is having a serious "craziness" issue. I am sad to see her like that but I dont know how to help her. Please give me some ideas on how can I help my bestfriend. My friends and I dislike this GUY very much but we dont know how to help our bestfriend because she refuse to share her problems with us. She always change the topic everytime we try to talk to her about this issue.

Here are the scenarios:
Scenario 1:
This GUY used to be our housemate. He didnt a own car then, thus he uses her car all the time, even to go dating. How he did was just to tell her "I want to use the car at this time, please be home"! She would then rush home even when she was out dating with her bf. One day, I went out clubbing with her and her bf. We were enjoying ourselves and an hour later, he called her to ask her to pick him up from somewhere. She just left me and her bf in the club without telling her bf (she told me that the GUY called her) the real reason why she had to leave. Most of the time, he would use her car during the weekends then leave her stranded at home alone without a car.

Scenario 2:
They both go to work together. She would send him to work and pick him from work. If he finishes late from office, she would grab a sandwich while waiting for him.

Scenario 3:
We wanted to go for dinner and she suggested that we should car pool so we could chit chat in the car. When the time came, she told me she had to go to office for a while and will meet us there. I said OK. Before I went out, I saw her car but the GUY's car (he just purchased a car) was not there. When I reached the restaurant, she was already there. That's fine maybe she went to office just to collect something so I just asked her how she went there. She told us that she drove her colleague's car and her colleague was working in the office. After dinner, she said she had to go back to office to pick her colleague. When I reached home, the GUY's car was there, she was already home and busy chatting on the phone. How on earth she could reach home earlier than me when she had to stop by the office?? Why must she lie to us?

Scenario 4:
Last new year (2009), I received a call from her bf asking me whether I heard from her? I said yeah I just received a "Happy New Year" message from her a few minutes ago. He said he has been trying to call her but her phone was switched off. He was super worried because he told me the GUY called him and scolded him for no apparent reason because he couldnt hear him clearly. He asked me what had gone wrong? I said I dont know. I got worried so I called her. She told me she argued with the GUY and the GUY found out about her bf and she lost her phone. How on earth is it possible to loose her phone before she messaged me? She told me the GUY told her not to pity him..etc. She was upset and a few days later the guy shifted out.

Yesterday, I saw the guy driving her car and she was beside him. I was scratching my head asking myself why must she do this to herself? I spoke to her about this GUY and she told us that this GUY doesnt know that she has a bf and if he does he might ask her to leave him and she WOULD leave her bf.

I know it is none of my business but she is my friend and that GUY used to be my housemate. Due to this guy, my bestfriend of more than 20 years told me to end our friendship and we rekindle after a while. Now, we seldom talk to each other (although we are living in the same house) and i feel that im losing my bestfriend. I dont know what to do. Please advice me.

How honest are you towards your current bf/gf?

Recently, my friend and i shared something. She told me that she had a terrible break up with her ex bf because she loved him so much that she wanted the relationship to be transparent and thus, she told him everything (all positive and negative) about her past. Her ex got angry (because he couldnt accept the people whom she dated) and decided to end their relationship.

I would like to know whether it is good to tell your partner (let it be a bf or gf) everything about your past for example how many guys/girls you have dated, what happened that caused the relationship to turn sour, etc. Please share.

Recently one of my girlfriends (also my best friend) told me that she's dating my ex. She asked me whether I am ok with it. I said yeah but deep inside me i feel hurt. Although my relationship with the guy did not last long but i fell head over heels for him. Now i feel so uneasy..i dont know how to talk to my girl friend. She was the one who introduced the guy to me n now she's dating him. What is going on?

Whenever there is an argument between 2 individuals (a couple) and they compromise by agreeing to change for the relationship. However, I notice that the change would only last for about 1 week or slightly more. Can i know why is this so? Do u people out there also face this problem?

IT experts..I need your opinion. Somebody is spying on me and he knows what i hv been telling others via msn. I would like to know whether if i am connected to internet via LAN, can any other computers retrieve my msn chats (i do not save my chats). What can i do? It is irritating..Pls help.

Dear Friends,

Please advice me whether I should carry on with the relationship with my current bf or not. Here are tmy issues.

K and I have dated for 2 months. I am attracted to him because he is matured, funny and caring guy and thus i decided to give it a try.

Issue no 1:
Lately, I found some sms on his phone to a girl. It looks casual chats but i saw the word *dear* from him and also from her. I did not question or let him know that i checked his phone because i dont want him to lose the trust as i dont usually check his phone. On our first few dates, 1 girl actually called him at 3am asking him where is he. I was quite mad although he tried to explain. Anyway, how true can it be? I ignored that now another one. Can i know what is going on? I feel insecure because I have to travel to overseas quite often (every month) for my job. He's also a part time DJ and knows alot of girls. What should i do? Should i ask him or just ignore those sms?

Issue no 2:
He has a job which pays him well but he is very stingy. He always ask me to pay for movies and meals. I even bought him things (clothes) which till todate i have never receive a single gift from him. Am I being calculative? Whenever we go for meals, he would want to go for expensive meals although i told him i dont have so much money with me. He asked me to withdraw from the ATM machine.

Issue no 3:
He drives my car. Last week, he sounded me because i adjusted the 2 side mirrors. he said its dangerous bla bla bla..n i told him I adjusted because I couldnt see the back. i almost scolded him n say thats my car, y cant i change??? i kept quiet because i wanted to avoid the argument. What should i do?

We have been arguing alot last 2 weeks but i kept telling myself not to be so sensitive. When i told another friend about my relationship, he told me not to be used by ppl. Im really confused..M i being over sensitive or m i being used? Please help!
