Hi,

Currently i have 2 pc with different gateway and let's give it a name PC A & PC B.

Currently PC A started with gateway 192.168 .... and PC B started with 135.80 ...,
and PC A is connected with internet connection but PC B only for internal network and totally no internet.

My objective now is link up this 2 PC so they can ping with each other IP's and shared files,
but PC A still able to connect to internet.

Can this achieve by switch or router? If yes, please advise me how?

I'm buying a house and do not know the actual procedure to buy a house?
What i've heard is the S&P and BRL and is kinda confuse me and i'm not sure what's that.
I hope some1 can actually guide me to the correct path.

Q1.
How to i avoid the agent from cheating my down payment?
Any document required to sign?

Q2.
What is BRL stand for? I know is related to house loan but what does it contribute if let's say my loan amount is RM200k?

Q3.
What if S&P is signed? and not signed? What's the effect?

Q4.
Is there any problem if i'm buying a house from house owner if his bumi? Is anything i need concern here? I'm non-bumi btw ..

Q5.
The actualy procedure? Which come first? like down payment 10% first, then lawyer fee, and ... what's next?

Q6.
How to ensure that the house owner name has actually transfer to me?

Please, seriously need some 1 here who experianced to guide me, appreciated for you advice.

Looking for wireless trasmitter for LCD

Do market already have such device? I want tranfer the signal from CPU to my LCD using the wireless transmitter instead of using VGA cable those.

Do we have something like plug the receiver on the LCD and the trasmitter at the CPU to transfer the signal?
