Burnt Graphics Card

Hey all. I think I may have burnt my Radeon x1600 PRO , because now my PC won't even get to POST (no beeps), but the PC will boot up fine if I replace it. The thing is, I don't understand how it could have burnt, because I didn't overclock it at all. The last thing I did that could have potentially destroyed it is tweak the settings in the ATI Control Center (anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, etc.) . However, I did not apply the changes; I discarded the changes beforehand. The very next time I turned on the PC, I got this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? Or does anyone know if there is a place where I can bring my graphics card to be fixed?

PC does not start

Hey guys, I'm having a serious problem here. When I turned on my PC recently, there is no display. Further, there seems to be activity going on when I turn it on (red LED light frozen on). The PC doesn't even manage to get to POST. There wasn't any beeps that says that there is a problem or not. It was fine just the day before, and now it suddenly became like this. Would you guys know the problem?
