Is there any way to check and pay for PDRM summon but the summon is not under my name & IC number, it is under company name.

Already tried SSO and MyBayar but those platform can only check and pay for own summon tied with IC number.

Hi All,

I'm currently renting a house and after sometime, the landlord decides to sell the house to me.

For your info, there won't be any agent involved and the landlord says that if I can secure 100% loan, then no need for 10% booking/deposit etc.

I did google a bit but most article are regarding new unit or buying through agent, not direct owner.

Since this is my first time buying a property, appreciate your advise on how to initiate the process.

Hi /k,

Recently my old boss offer me to come work with him. Basically, he is with new company now and he offer me higher salary around 1k more than my current job. Right now I'm in dilemma whether to accept it or not since I also new to my current company (6 months ++).

My relationship with the old boss is ok, no problem at all. I also comfortable working with him. Reason I left the company before is due to received better offer, no problem at workplace at all.

If you were in my shoes, would you accept the offer?

How come Bank B still cheaper but interest rate is higher?

Hi,

I want to seek for your advise. I'm currently on 12 month contract with no annual leave. My contract is ending soon and my boss is extending the contract with the same terms and conditions (same salary, allowance etc). I read in Akta Kerja that an employee is entitle for annual leave if continuous service for 12 month with the same employer.

However, according to my understanding, Akta Kerja 1995 only covers those earning below RM2,000 only right? Given that my monthly salary is more than RM2,000 per month, does this means that I'm not covered under Akta Pekerja 1995 and not entitled for annual leave as stated in the act?
