PS4 Lan Cable connection not stable

Hi guys, anyone knows why my internet connection on PS4 is very unstable? I contacted tm, they came replace the router and modem but still unstable so I contacted them again and another technician came and do speed test on his laptop and the speed is stable. Meanwhile on my PS4 it can goes 400mbps+ then suddenly drop to 80mbps or even worst 60mbps. I’ve been playing MHW and 3/5 times I’m kicked out from the quests because of error. The TM technician said no problem with the internet and might be my PS4. Anyone knows why? Thank you!

Edit : I tried Google DNS, still unstable speed. Tried using Cloudflare DNS, ended up getting DNS error from time to time. Tried Restore Default Settings and Rebuild Database on Safe Mode, unplugging cords for 10 mins turned off the plug and turn on the PS4 again but nope still unstable connection and even dropped until 9mbps today.

Edit : The worst is it dropped until 6mbps... can’t share play with one of my friends and his voice becomes robotic and unclear when it was fine before.

Help about TESOL/TESL

hi guys, I'm planning to take TESOL/TESL but first I think I at least need TOEFL/IELTS/PTE as one of the requirements but I'm unsure where to take TOEFL/IELTS/PTE and where I should study for it. Do I need to major in anything in University as a requirement for TESOL/TESL too? I'm sorry but I'm totally clueless about it. I don't know where to start. If somebody could help I really appreciate it a lot. Thank you very much!

P/S : I can speak Japanese and my Japanese teacher said maybe I can try be an English lecturer in Japan or something so I'm planning to take TESOL/TESL in hope I can go to Japan and teach English there.

Car porch and so on renovations cost

Hi I want to know whether the contractor I'm going to deal with offer suitable price for the renovations or not.
My family planning to do ;

1) extension of car porch (concrete slab) kinda looks like this (looks like 3 layer)

2) removes our old tiles for car porch

3) new tiles for car porch (we can choose the tiles we want)

4) 6 new pillars (I don't know if this should be included on the list or not ) and we want 2 of the pillars to look like this :

The contractor said the price will be higher if we want the pillars looks like that.

5) Automatic gate with motor (he said the gate can fold into 4 or something not so sure and we can pick the gate we want)

6) Construct a wall just on our left side of the house for partition purpose (neighbor already did the right side)

7) Wirings

8) Intercom (with CCTV)

And the contractor said he will give free :-

1) New paint for exterior.

2) plaster ceiling for new car porch

3) Free 8 led lights and 2 fans

Hm I think that's all. All that he said for around RM63k (before he said around RM55k but then once again when he want to confirm he said around RM65k because of GST then my mom ask him to reduce it and finally it becomes RM63k). Do you guys think he offer the price reasonably or not? Thank you in advance!

Hi guys I'm planning to take A-level this April however I read here that taking A-level on April will be tough since the class duration will be longer than other intakes also we going to sit for the exam same like Jan intake and we won't have sem break? so is it better for me to wait more and go for June intake? June intake is better? I'm planning to work part time during my a-level so which intake you guys think better? Btw, I will be enrolling at BAC for 3 subjects (english literature, economics and law). thank you in advance!

Hi, I need help D:
I'm an accounting student but I don't like anything related to accounting (I like science better but my school won't let me take science course, they decide for their students what they gonna take).
I'm planning to take pharmacy in university but I'm afraid I can't take it because I'm not from science course T_T
So does anyone know if I can take pharmacy in university? Is there any university provide foundation for pharmacy? I don't want to take form6 or matriks first but if there's no way other than take form6 or matriks,I think I'm willing to take form6/matriks...

i already tried . i try watch youtube and learn from some online website
but it seem not really working since i'm really a slow learner .
i can't remember the chord etc. and my finger can't reach the note
and i can't read music sheet (is it really called music sheet? im really a noob )
i hope there's someone willing to teach me
