Printer MG 5570 Problem

Hi Expert,
My MG 5570 suddenly have problem in printing the double letter.
It only occur to my black ink.
I tried other color ink (Blue, Red and Yellow) have no problem.
I did some research online and some mention about the encorder strip but I cannot find it in my printer.
Please help.

HDD Problem

Hi all expert,
I have a 1TB HDD which cause problem. Is a slave (storage HDD)
Bios can detect.
Load into windows 7 very slow. Around 10-15 minutes. My OS is installed in a 120GB SSD. Normally load into windows only take less than 5 second.
Once loaded into windows, can see the HDD partition but cannot open the drive.
When I remove the HDD, the loading time into Windows become normal.

I tried swap into a windows XP OS but the result still the same.

Is this a physical problem or software problem? Can the data be recover?
Please advise.

MYSQL Convert Chinese Character

Hi all expert,
I facing a problem with the Chinese character in MYSQL. First of all, I with to point in the database setting.
Character set = utf8
Collation = utf8_general_ci
When i store chinese character in the database, it will show the chinese character correctly as like 推荐人学号. View using MYSQLYOG.
But when I export the data into CSV or show in the website by using response.write, it will show æŽ¨èäººå¦å·.
I tried to use the conversion like SELECT CONVERT(sponsorid USING UTF8) AS fldname FROM importstudent; but the result is still the same.
Please kindly help.

Software to prevent people formating the hard disk

Hi all,
I wish to ask is there a software which can write in the core system in a harddisk to prevent user format or using it? It is lock by a password. Like the harddisk in the laptop, if the laptop is being stolen then is there a way to lock the hard disk so that the person can't format it and use it for his own. Is so called Asset protection. I tried encryption but the user still can take out the harddisk and put to other PC as a partition then format it. The data in the hard disk is not important, but just to protect the asset. Is that possible?
