Financial Aid to study abroad?

Im aware of JPA's and MARA's convertable loan, however, it is not guaranteed you will be getting the loan despite fulfilling the requirements required of you such as (min CGPA of 2.75, household income, type of course, which university etc.)

Thinking of taking up BANK STUDY LOANS as an alternative. But not quite sure which bank offers good loan package. I know in terms of interest rate its rather higher than government loans. Anyone with such experience, please do share... I'm planning to leave to Aust soon.

Besides mara, jpa & bank loans..any other private/gov bodies giving out study loans? Im not a top scorer type of student so..scholarship is so out of the question right now..

PAIN IN THE A** nextdoor neighbour !

I have a nextdoor neighbour who i must say is such a PAIN IN THE FREAKING A** !!

Our family owns a indoor house rabbit (only one & toilet trained) who does not loiters out of the house. He stays indoor (like an indoor cat for some). So every morning our maid will clean his cage (he only poo-poo & urinate in his cage) by wrapping all this poopoo in old newspaper & throw it in the bin. The problem wit our negihbour is that she extended her house (belakang area) till close the top of the longkang at the back. So when ever dry leaves & garbage got stuck in the longkang it gets smelly so she kena go into her longkang & scrape it clean (she has to bend down la since she extended her kitchen till cover the drain area)... The worse thing is that she gets all so groggy whenever she kena clean the drain & blame it on my maid for throwing rabbit's poo thus making her drain smelly (i mean what the hell right, who ask her to extend until u cover the drain, drains are suppose to be made open so that any blockage can be easily scoop of). She likes to come & attack our maid when nobody's at our home & yell at her, cursing her like 'babi kau! KENAPA KAU BUANG TAHI ARNAB DALAM LONGKANG AKU.anak sundal. itulah dulu taknak belajar tinggi so sekarang jadilah kadam (slave)' but the thing is, memang no rabbit's poo pun in the drain. come on la! we r civilized people, whats the purpose of garbage bin if we wanna throw it in her drain that will later smell & gives problem to us also coz her longkang is behind my house also wat!...

She also gets mad when people park their cars at the open space opposite her house! i mean, its a public area! altho its considered in front of her house, anyone from that community CAN definitely park there right! its not like its EXACTLY in front of her DAMN gate, then that would be understandable la!!! Once a neighbour few doors down park there coz there was no parking space left & my neighbour's daughter screamed 'babi! park depan rumah aku buat apa! bodoh! bodoh!'... can u imagine this? she shouted so loud on purpose so that that particular neighbour can hear from their house. isnt that crazy? (MY NEIGHBOUR & ALL HER DAUGHTERS ACT THE SAME UNCIVILIZED WAY). My dad's new car also got scratched the the next morning when he brought his new car back home (few scratches on the drivers door & some at the place to pump petrol, and it was a brand new toyota stream). She also gets mad when a tree we planted in front of our house (so as to give shade when we park our car) its dry leaves flew to the front of her house. She use to scowl our maid to sweep the front area of her house since its OUR leaves..WHAT THE F*** right ?!!! Sometimes when she sweeps, she will collect all the dry leaves & throw it into our area..can u see what an ugly person she is??

Recently this stupid neighbour just gotten a persian cat. She lets her cat loose so it could wonder around freely. The problem is that the cat likes to go into our house! It will climb the grill door and stay inside until one of us realize there's a cat inside. The cat also likes to shit around my house! Twice in the drain yesterday!!! and today the stupid cat was digging a hole in my backyard so our maid took some water & splash it ABIT just to scare it away, didnt even kena la! our neighbour was ot at the back when this happen & she came AND SCWOLDED OUR MAID saying babi kau! kenapa simbah kucing aku!babi la!babi!... my shocked maid was shocked & terrified that she couldnt defend herself to say that the stupid cat was trying to shit in our backyard & instead said sorry... my neighbour are such HOOLIGANS who likes to bully others esp. our maid.

If YOU WERE IN MY POSITION, WHAT WOULD YOU DO
