How are the market for Garage Gym

Wondering what are the demand of a garage gym in Malaysia. As you can see is a growing market in US and Australia.
What are budget like.

As I know, a good sufficient free weights garage gym (no electronic machine) may cost up to RM20,000 max.
with a set of barbell (200kg+/-), cage/stands, platform, dumbbells and bench.

Salary Pay out question

I have few business going on, staff cost and staff welfare is common sense until I started this business.

In this business, all employees do not have a gross salary.
Purely commission based, so there's no EPF from employer/employee. Also no SOCSO.
So my question is, how should they file their tax? are this salary PBT-able?

I had a colleague that work as a remisier in RHB before. He said the remisier is considered as "Partners".
They have no salary and SOCSO or any staff welfare, exact same case as this current business.
But that was 10 over years ago, and not updated on current salary trend.

Any advice on the tax side on this matter?
