Currently worked for 1.5yrs already in a American MNC.<br />I&#39;m planning to switch job and question is how much shld I ask for as a reasonable increment?<br />The new job is a Japanese MNC, non related to my old working experience.<br />Is it reasonable for me to ask for RM3.2k (I reason this being 20% increment from previous basic pay, and Rm100 for petrol allowance, though this job doesnt require travelling...) ? <br />Is it too much/too lil/just right?
