IPhone4 unable to use simplifified Chinese

Hi iPhone4 users

I have this funny problem, where by after I upgrade to iOS 5 I was unable to use Chinese simplified Chinese pinyin and strokes, other Chinese method it's ok,

I am able to install extra keyboard, but when in massage I try to chose simplified Chinese, the massage will auto close.

Any1 have faced this problem before, not other problem, only unable to use simplified Chinese........

Please help.......thanks in adnVance

Ps I have tried restoring but also same
