Looking to get a small laptop

I am looking to get a smaller lightweight laptop to cater my needs. I am a heavy internet, word processor, photo editing, adobe ai, photoshop user. Can anyone suggest a good laptop?

I want to have the disc drive slot attached in the laptop.

I saw the DELL studio...any suggestion on HP ones?

Merujuk kepada perkara diatas, kami dengan sukacitanya menjemput kelab-kelab K-Car untuk menyertai K-Kar Autoshow (sempena sesi drift dan latihan drift) yang akan berlansung pada 26 April 2009 hari Ahad minggu ini jam dari 1.00 petang hingga 6.00 petang di Car Park A, Stadium Bukit Jalil.

Problem with emails

HELP!!!...

I work from home and had been having trouble sending email to my office email which has the same domain name. My office and my home using streamxy and it had been not able to access since Monday!!!

I keep getting a message that says "5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1"

Can anyone help me...!!!

How to block some computer in th network

Hi,

I am not familiar with IP settings and stuff. I need some advice.

I have 5 computers set up in a network hub connect to a router ZTE ADSL 831. Any idea that I can block one of the computer from using the internet access for internet chat like msn, MIRC, yahoo... Or maybe is there a way for me to get a copy of their chat log.

I am looking to get a portable laptop which is purely for business use and travelling use only. As I am a girl, i hate to carry those bulky heavy laptop like the one i have now which is the acer aspire 5672WLMi.

I checked on the website on the HP NC2400 - Core Dual...anyone use it before...? is it any good? Can anyone help comment about it...

SE K800i as Bluetooh Modem

I have been trying to connect my SE K800i to my laptop as a bluetooh modem but somehow my bluetooth can never connect to my phone. It keeps saying connection failed.

Using the usb cable to connect for 3G connection is no problem. But when i try to use bluetooth connection..cannot...

Can anyone tell me is there a script for Bluetooth Modem for SE? Or any instructions to install.

Gouramis Experience

I just got a white kaloi...bit one..not sure what it is call but i know they call it the giant gouramis....mine got pink polka dots on his body...

I would say this is an amazing big fish to have...it has quiet a character and i enjoy having the fish around....it recognize me and husband....he wouldn't eat from me unless my husband not around for the whole day then only will makan the pellets i put...as he hates me...because i am the one that cleans the tank and change water...so he recognize me....

Whenever he wants attention, he would suddenly splash water out so that we would look at him...ahhaha....do share your experience with your kaloi....anyway...just wondering how much does this kaloi worth? as i got it for free and i just want to know more about it...it is my first time having such a big fish to keep.....

Problem with my SE K800i

This time is different....it is my volume control thing...somehow i put on the highest volume...when someone call me...it is like lowest..can't hear anything...i put on my headset also the same....but if i were to play it out speaker alone for mp3 ... then it is okay....

Anyone could tell me what's wrong with my phone...i had master reset, update the software .....still the same thing...

D.I.Y - Installing 2nd HardDisk

I just bought a new harddisk 320GB IDE for my dell 3000. I asked the dell technician that I need to get IDE harddisk as my desktop cannot use SATA type.

Anyway, I roughly know how to install the harddisk in the desktop but how about the software side?

Will windows XP detect the 2nd Harddisk? Do i have to do any setting for it?

The 2nd harddisk is just for my storage purpose.

MY K800i won't turn on

Last night I was taking some pictures. Then it just HANG when it says SAVING. So I tried to turn off the phone but it won't. So I take out the battery. From there, the phone cannot turn on. And it has white screen blink.

So I take of the SIM CARD and BATTERY again. Tried to turn on. The same problem. So i tried take out my MEMORY CARD, SIM CARD and BATTERY again. And tried to turn on. Now....it won't turn on at all. No white blinking screen.

HELP!!!...What is the problem. I was starting to love my phone. Now it is really frustrating with the problem.

Palm Bluetooh with PC for internet connection

I have been trying to configure my Laptop to bluetooh with my Palm LifeDrive for internet browsing at my lifedrive. Have anyone done this before?

I managed to bluetooth my palm with my laptop for synchronizing and file transfer. I am not too familiar with internet setting. So I will need some help on this.

Can anyone show me how to do it?

I have setup my laptop to bridge my LAN with the Bluetooth LAN. My LifeDrive can established a connection with my laptop.

But when I go to web browser on my LifeDrive, it can't access to internet.

Hopefully some of the sifu out there can help me.

I have been a lifedrive user and I am looking to change to a smaller ones as the lifedrive is very heavy. I saw Palm have the TX version. Anyone use it before? Is there a place I can trade in my lifedrive and get the TX??

Not working Laptops

I have the following laptops...really old ones....

1) Texas Instrument - totally just the laptop...totally not working
2) Gateway - screen got problem...and battery got problem..but processor, harddisk, power cord...all working ...on Win98

I heard there are people buying laptops eventhough it is not working...wonder how do I go about it fetching some $$$ for this 2 items...to trader for something also can...
