Details of the complaint :
Warranty issue.
I was told by him that I could use the warranty card to claim warranty without a receipt. I went to HTC to try and claim for warranty cause my phone had motherboard issues. It is TRUE that i can claim using the warranty card but the warranty card is between the dealer and the manufacturer. The full warranty for customers is the receipt. So I went to HTC claiming using the warranty card but it was over due .. so the staff told me to bring a receipt... and i was told it has 2 more months of warranty by sanjev007. When i approached him he said ok he will try to find for receipt... but he didn't report back... I can't even what'sapp , call, sms him now. His phone has been switched off.

Permanent Lag after a while

Hi , I'm using Asus A53SN . I have this issue , when i on my computer and play Modern warfare 2 , or any game . after few minutes . the whole system will lag .. I'm monitered my processor usage , when i'm playing game it only occupies around 2.3ghz ... after few minutes when the lag start it maximise all out too 2.8 .. even when i'm not playing .. why is it so @_@
