Problem with Local Area Connection

I need your guys help on this matter. My offices have LAN, in order to connect to internet the mgt provide sepcial ID & password to only few 'special' people.

Because of this I opt for Celcom BB. The problem is when I connect to Celcom BB thru HP (SE k770i) its create another local area network. When I connect to Celcom BB, I cant enter my office network, I cant print thru network printer and can't access shared folder until I disconnect the line to Celcom BB.

How to solve this?? How can I separate or tell the browser/network that certain local host website to be enter with Local Area Connection 1 & external website with local area connection 2?
