Hypothetical Q - sell house in Penang or Puchong?

I have a hypothetical question.
If you had a terrace house in Penang island and in Puchong.
Which one would you sell if you had to sell one now.
Assuming you were offered a good price for both according to today's market value.
In other words consider keeping only the one with better potential to rise more in the future.

Tile for External Wall

My sister has a semi d. Apart from the normal methods of cooling the house like aircon, solar reflect paint. Do you think tiling the external wall will deflect the sun ray and help cool the house? I have seen that done in HK and even China. I could use small tiles (in case it comes loose!). It could also save having to paint the house.

What do you guys think?
