Revolutionizing English or PL Football?

Much has been said about PL as the most exciting and entertaining Football league in the World.
But has it benefited English Football or elevated England National Football team to great success?
Blaming the imports (non English players or managers) has been the 'excuse du jour'!

My take is this the weakest link is England Goalkeeping touted as among the Best.

Now that the canonization of MU's retiring Manager as 'football saint' or ' greatest manager in MU history' is beginning don't you think someone has to play the 'Devil's Advocate'?

I'm starting the process here in this forum.i.e comparing & 'validating' Fergie with his current PEERS.
Last Century Fergie's Peers were the Legendary Bob Paisley & Arrigo Sacchi. That's History.

These are some of my thoughts or notions of the Greatest Manager

LONGEVITY at a club (to wit Fergie's 26 plus years @ MU) does not means that the Manager is more TALENTED than one who does not (to wit Mourihno)

The RICHEST clubs in any league always have the lion share of the League titles to wit
Old Firm in the SPL, Barca or Real Madrid in la liga or MU in PL.
In TOTALITY the above Euro clubs were the richest in their leagues.

Any Managers that are at the Richest Club in the League are expected to win Cups or titles. No?
viz Moyes is touted to be talented (@ poor Everton) and now bless with managing the richest club in PL is expected to win cups/titles!

What's your 'criteria' to acclaim someone as the Greatest Football Manager in this Century?

One of them, ceteris paribus, is EUROBILITY.

Most of us are convince that OJ is the Killer.
New Evidence (to me) or New Documentary " My Brother, Glen Rogers the Serial Killer, Did" suggests that OJ Simpson might be INNOCENT after all.

Why am I now heavily on Simpson's side pleading his innocence. It's because of 'new evidence' turn in by the brother of the serial killer Glen Rogers, who has a 'relationship' with the Simpsons (OJ & Nicole).

It was USADA report which I read more than once outlining how he manipulated, bullied and cheated on his way to the Tour de France podium 7 times.
All the rest confirms that or are icing on the cake to the USADA substantial evidence.

Nike doesn't fire anyone unless Nike is absolutely sure. Nike knows ... Lance did it...... "has been misled by Armstrong for more than a decade'"

White, 38, has said he was part of a strategy of doping when he rode on the Armstrong-led US Postal Service cycling team from 2001 to 2003.
He announced at the weekend that he was stepping down from his jobs as the sports director of the emerging Australian professional team Orica-GreenEDGE and his role in Cycling Australia’s men’s road racing programme.

White’s confession comes as fallout from the scandal widens, with Armstrong having been stripped of his seven Tour de France victories and banned from cycling for life after a long investigation by USADA. Armstrong, who denies taking banned substances, has been accused by USADA of being at the heart of “the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme” ever seen in sport.
