buying games on EA origin using CIMB debit card

recently i have been trying to buy games on EA origin using my CIMB debit mastercard and the transaction wasn't approved. i called CIMB customer support and i was told that EA origin was banned from transaction. would like to know anyone else having the same problem and why would CIMB banned origin from transaction.
im pretty sure i can still buy games on steam cause i just tried it yesterday.

i just bought my HD 5850 Xtreme to swap with my old HD 4850.here are my rig specification

Mobo:M4A77TD
RAM:kingston2gb DDR3 1333 X2
CPU:athlon 2 440 X3 3Ghz
HDD:WD 250GB/7200RPM SATA
LG 22X DVDWRITE SATA
GPU:sapphire HD 4850(replaced by 5850)
PSU:CM GX 550W
CASE:powerlogic futura 220
i have a 80mm fan on the bac of the case and 1 LED 80mm fan plus 1 LED 120mm fan both on the side of the case.and i have been using this rig for 1 1/2 years.

i installed my 5850 n its driver aswell.the 1st thing i noticed about the new GPU is its temperature,on idle it hits 50C+-1C,while on video its 55C and while playing game its 72C(im playing lostplanet 2 on max setting).is this acceptable??by the way the fan speed is on 39%while idle and reached 49% when the temperature hits 72C.

the next day when i turn on my rig,i start to hear buzzing noise coming out from my PSU,and i was shocked so i quickly swaped out my 5850 and replace it back with my 4850 and gratefully the buzzing was gone.

so i wanna ask,is it bcoz of my PSU does'nt having enough power to support my 5850 so it start to sounded buzzing??and will it be that my 5850 temperature was this high bcoz of my PSU that doesn't have enough power??or its just that i bought a faulty 5850??

ppstream in win 7

i just install my win 7 recently,before this i was using winXP.the new win 7 is nice but im having problem watching ppstream on it.my ppstream on win 7 have a very low download speed(80~150)compared on winXP(normally reach 1000).now when i watch ppstream,i'll have to wait for an hour to buffer in order to watch it straight to the end.anyone know why ppstream run so slow on win7??

i just found out that my old HDD that i intend to put on my new rig was a 40pins type HDD and im using a silverstone ST50F 500W PSU with a ASUS M4A77TR PRO MOBO.what i want to ask is can i use the HDD on the new rig??or if im using a adapter will it be fine??another thing is my DVD-ROM, they are the same also.

there is another thing i want to ask.if i can put this old HDD to the new MOBO,can i still keep my old DATA on the HDD??or if i reinstall window XP will all the old file still exist??

i know its a bit too much to ask,but i want to save as much cost as i can cause its my parent money after all.so sll the sifu or pro,pls help me ,i will be so grateful

im currently building a value gaming CPU, below r what i chose to have

Palit GT240 512mb DDR5 for VGA(another choice is the same model from ASUS,which should i chose.the palit is RM40 cheaperXD)

AMD Athlon X3 435(AM3) for CPU

Kingston KVR DDR3 1333 2GB(x1) gor the ram

CM USP100 for casing

im using back my recent CD rom and HDD to save cost^^

could anyone recommend a motherboard for this set up??
any suggestion beside motherboard are welcomed as well....

another thing is the LCD,im choosing a BENQ 15.6" Q610HDA,does this brand work fine??
