I got like 90K++ sitting in my current account. Should I go all-in on BTC or got any other meme coin you all recommend?

Or can just pay off my hire purchase loan, about 80K+ and clear that 1.8K monthly installment (making my household disposable income to 7k-ish)

Hi all sifu,

I just settle my house purchase recently and now waiting for the key from developer. Target to receive the key within a month or two. So, I'm planning to do some simple renovation before move-in to the house by year-end. Below is the details of the house.

Location: Seremban
Type: Corner terrace house
Size: 20x70

Current layout:

I plan to extend the kitchen area since current kitchen are too small for me. By doing so, the small bedroom and bathroom also will be extend too since both are located at the back of the house. Below are the before and after picture of what i'm expecting the final result should be.
