Earlier this year, Parliament passed an amendment to the Evidence Act 1950, radically changing how Internet users or service providers can be subject to legal or criminal action.

In a nutshell, legal experts believe that the amendment to Section 114A will mean that anyone, including the government, can initiate legal or criminal action against social network users, website owners, mobile device owners or WiFi network service providers over content posted by other individuals.

In other words, if defamatory comments are posted on a blog, the blog owner is likely to be sued or charged with criminal defamation.

I need recommendation for a affordable, preferably small, surround speakers for a 5.1 setup
anything say below RM1000?

don't want anything too big, the smaller the better, and nice looking, but must perform well
coz i have a tannoy mercury as front and centre speakers

WIFI with windows vista

Anybody here has wifi capability with their windows vista?
if yes, then what wifi router or usb/psi are u using?
coz i'm using aztech wifi usb but it doesn't have driver for vista

RAM - 4 x 256mb vs. 1 gb

Due to the high price of DDR2 RAM these days, i'm thinking of just buying 4 x 256mb rather than a 1gb.
Do u guys think there's any much difference to the processing speed?
