Hi, whats the cheapest or the best postpaid for elderly who just want to use whatsapp, fb messenger and maybe cut down the cost of the primary line, right now using the rm50+ something celcom plan, but the bill everymonth reach more than rm80, sometimes rm130.. This is old school phone, call and sms only.

Now after got a smartphone, prepaid seems leceh, better postpaid. Whats the best plan? No need huge data plan, capped unlimited also can. Maybe light facebooking, and whatsapp je.
