Bursa Malaysia deceased Transmission of title

My Brother who was a bachelor passed away and he has some stocks in Bursa Malaysia but
Bursa refuse to disclose any information unless L.A is obtained by Court order.
I have appointed a lawyer to process the Letters of Administration (L.A) and now finally have obtained the L.A and I am
the appointed Administrator.
I have zero knowledge in dealing with Bursa or any stock broker so my lawyer advise me to visit the nearest Hwang DBS to
ask how to transfer his share assets.
Since I have no CDS account, Hwang advise me to open an account so that my late brother's share can be transfer. Is this as simple as I thought?
In the meantime, my lawyer is also writing to Bursa again with the L.A to disclosed the withhold information.
I have yet to open any CDS account and later I found out my late brother's investment bank is Hong Leong. So I guess Hong Leong is the
Broker for my late brother, is this correct?
I need advise on which broker should I approach for easier and efficient dealing in transferring the shares.
I as the administrator, can his share be transfer to me if I have a CDS account?
I have no clue here and hope can enlighten me with advise.

I have been looking for sometime for this but no luck finding it. Have you guys saw this type of wire casing before?

Need it to cover my house phone/speaker wires from point A to B. I wouldn't want to use the normal pvc type casing because it doesn't look nice.

Lately my house is invaded with this Rove bettles.
This bettles are very active at night and are attraced to UV lights.
Few years ago, I got serious skin inflammation bcos of this bug that came in contact while having tea at mamak stall and now I see them in my house.

Seriously need a way to get rid of them and stop them invading to caused more trouble.
How to deal with it?

Hi, I have accidentally deleted this file due to anitvirus program detected it was infected and now my portable hdd cannot be access anymore becauese this EXE file is needed to open the portable hdd.
I can't even find this file in google...or any other pc around my house.
Anyone knows how to resolved this problem?
Portable hdd driver file also cannot fixed it and I don't wanna reinstall my XP OS.

Wifi cannot connect and show no connectivity

What does this screenshot means?

Building supply from wall socket is DHCP IP with Subnet Mask 252.252.252.0 and Wifi Router set to DHCP to accept also.
(Not PPOE as most would understand)

In WIFI Router, LAN is set to DHCP IP with Subnet Mask 252.252.252.130 but PC showing no connectivity or limited access for Wifi, but
LAN cable connections can connect and can do internet.

Wifi security settings set to enable SSID broadcast with 64bit WEP which uses 10digit alphanumeric code and were
Entered in key number 1.
Active Transmit key number 1 is selected.
MAC address filtering is disabled.

PC WIFI utility settings also set the same 10digit alphanumeric but cannot connect to router.
Signal is Good.
Turnoff all Firewall and Antivirus S/w.

Wifi Router is WRT54G upgraded firmware to WRT54GL

My Samsung drive is acting very funny and weird.
It will eject the tray in and out all by itself for no reason and I won't suspect the ejecting swtich is the fault bcos once the IDE cable is unplug, it stop doing this.
It did scared my initailly bcos for the first time it happened was 4am when I was sleeping.
Anyone knows how to resolved this crazy problem.
