Endowment Plan or FD? Need advice..

I've been offered an endowment plan. I'm not sure if it's a good choice of investment or not...

I'm in my early twenties and only have a small lump sum of money for investment now.
In 6 years time, i'm definitely going to save > 35k (the total premium of the offered endowment plan).

Should I keep the money in FD for future investment?
Or should I dive into the endowment plan right now? (but I don't like the idea of 'projected' return)

What should I consider?
Appreciate any feedback, thank you!
