Hi,

Went to baby fair and find out that other than the conventional steam steriliser, there is this waterless steriliser - UV sterilizer.

So far i have come accross 2 brands in the baby fair which is Coby, and Upangs.

May i know if any mummies bought? Any review?

I'm a newbie to Property. Would like to seek advise on the following:

1) I plan to sell my current service apartment and buy a bigger ready unit. Both of this unit havent got the strata title yet, how would it affect my sales and purchase?

2) Is Legal and stamp duty borne by purchaser or seller? or both parties? Or share equally by both purchaser & Seller?
Let's say the legal & stamp duty is RM15k.
is Purchaser and Seller both pay RM15k, or RM7.5k each, or only seller pay Rm15k?

Both unit worth around RM400k now.

hi, i plan to get a condo with price < RM220k .

Salary : Below 3 K per month.
Working Duration : 1 years.
Loan : car laon.

I have some following question.
1. Can i get the 100% loan? and which bank offer that?
2. Is it still applicable if i plan to serve the loan with my bro, where in total, our salary is > 3k.
3. is it apply for the Both New/Second Hand House ?
4. If I’m going to purchase 215 K. Am i paying nothing? or any processing and legal fees?
5. Interest Rate for it (Higher/Lower).
6. Procedure on it .

I'm looking for a small apartment/condo, where studio house come across my mind.I plan to move in and stay for 1-2 years, and looking forward for capital appreaciation.

Is studio house worth for investment?

Any studio house worth for investment in PJ/KL area? thanks much.
