hi everyone,

I am currently working at a software house which mainly used VB6 & MySQL develop and customized the ERP, MRP and any of customization system. My company working flow is when we get a specification from the customer, the project manager will ask the programmer (only a person) to handle the case, including the customer call support.

Now, i get a few job offer from others company, and i a bit confuse for my future. Let me list down the offer,

1. Company A, also perform ERP system, but they mostly using FREE OPEN SOURCE tools such as Linux, Postgre and etc....all are new for me

2. Company B, using AS3 programming , c# & MsSQL 2008 to develop flash games, but mostly important is that it not about ERP business flow, it will be more on the logical & calculation logic. And company also mentioned that they going move to apps.

Problem, which company should i choose? (Let's say that this 3 company also give me the same paid, same working hours)

But for what i concern is, which one are more important for a programmer? Business flow? Development technology? Programming language? or the logical & calculation logic? Experience?
