Borang Tempahan Nombor Pendaftaran Kenderaan Secara Tawaran (PINDAAN 1/2009) (M.V.10) <br />7. Borang Tempahan Nombor Pendaftaran Kenderaan Secara Pilihan (M.V.10A) <br />8. Borang Tempahan Nombor Pendaftaran (Pindaan 2/2009) Kelulusan Khas (M.V.10B)<br /><br /><a href='http://www.jpj.gov.my/pelesenan-kenderaan' target='_blank'>http://www.jpj.gov.my/pelesenan-kenderaan</a><br /><br />If i want to tender a special number, i should fill up no.6- Borang M.V10, right?<br />And if i want to buy any running number of a series(ex,WXS) without choosing i go for no.7- Borang MV10A, is it correct?<br />And what&#39;s Borang no.8- Kelulusan Khas (MV10B)???<br /><br />Is that i can go to JPJ counter and straight away buy registration numbers <span style='color:red'><b>only after</b></span> the tender activity of the series closing date?
