Hi, am planning to upgrade my ex5 to one of the 3 bikes mentioned. Preferably maintenance is low or slightly higher compare to ex5. Any opinion which to choose? Looking for reliability and good FC too, as I plan to use it long.

Rs150 is dohc right? Any advantage or disadvantage compare to sohc?

As per topic, which company is more reputable? In the sense they produce more quality items, instead of producing shitty items with cheap price..

Something like Asus/Apple/Toshiba is more reputable than HP/Dell/Acer because their items is more reliable and higher quality, even though price more expensive..

RON95 price: 2.81 (we pay 2.10 + 0.70 subsidy)
RON97 price : 2.85

How can the price different is so small? Either the actual price was not as high, or the gov is not subsidizing that much.. Betul ka?

Got ppl want to break in my house

As per topic, there is sign of breaking in my house...

In summary, my neighbour done renovation until make my house crack badly, and he dun wan admit it.. So after consulting /k, I decide to go report... After report, the below thing happens:

And starting this week, there is sign of ppl breaking in to my house... I suspect is my neighbour do this (after found out I report).. Signs of breaking in:
1. my house behind pad lock latch broken.. smooth, so most likely ppl cut it
2. the pagar at behind my house is chain link, so there is sharp edge on it... and yesterday my alarm rang when i working.. when I come b, I saw the sharp edge already bend down, means got ppl bend it to climb into my house..

Had report police, and today when my alarm ring again, i call the police come.. he confirm got ppl want break in my house based on what he see (as above)..

I suspect my neighbour call the contractor to do this kind of things (the contractor is still working on the neighbour again, after stoping for 2-3 weeks)... What can I do now? Serious help needed...

P/S: I really dulan until want feel like go whack my neighbour now as I am typing, seriously...

My house crack after neighbor do renovation

For the past few weeks, my neighbor is doing major renovation.. Full of knockings here and there..

And my wall at the neighbor side (I live in terrace house) have many cracks coming out, both at ground floor and 1st floor... It's obvious the renovation cause the crack...

But when I inform my neighbor on this, he denied it.. He say its not his fault, and not going to repair it... F*** man, I feel like whacking him...

So what can I do now (besides repairing at my own cost)? Any authorities can help on this or anything?
