EPF and Income Tax issue

My company separate my salary into two portion. Big portion as salary and smaller portion as allowance. So they pay my Epf for the big portion only. Now the problem is during the income tax. They put my allowance also as the taxable income. So I have to pay tax for total income but get partial EPF. I think is quite unfair to me. Since u wanna save the Epf then u should not put the allowance as taxable income.

What do u guys think ? Another question, can I report this anonymously ? Because I know many staff also same condition as me. I still wanna continue working in this company but I just wanna get back what I deserved without being hated by my boss.

Recently I am looking for a 2nd hand suv. Budget within 100k and car year not more than 4 years. I find the only car that can fit into my criteria is the crv 2.4 and cx 5 2.5 .Can anyone told me the reliability of cx 5 1st gen CBU or CRV 2.4 ?

I prefer Japan car because their reliability is more well known than Korean car since am buying 2nd car hand.

For my usage

I am not a gaming fans. So i wont download many games to play. My main usage for the phone is working, calling and whatsapp. Will always web browsing to kill time as i am not very fond of playing game. Which phone will be more value for money in terms of reliability and spec ? Am thinking of iphone because many ppl recommend that it can last longer. My current mi4i always cannot detect the network and cause many inconvenience to my work. Thats why i decide to change phone.

If you guys have better recommendation for the phone around 1500-1900 please enlighten me. Maybe huawei mate 8 ? or p9 lite should be good enough for my usage ?

I just bought a condo with my gf. The loan is solely on my name but i put both my gf name n i in the property. So, shit happen. After few months, we break up. Now the problem. What can i do to transfer back the property to me ? My ex gf agreed to this but i just dunno how to proceed. Is an additional legal agreement valid for this matter ? btw, the condo is still under construction if this is an useful info for this matter.

I only back to my hometown 3 times a year during holiday. I always take this opportunity to accompany my parents but here comes the problem.. My gf hometown located quite far with me... My gf keep having argument with me ask me to go to visit his parents. However, in my mind i would prefer to stay longer to accompany my dad. I am going to visit her parents for 3 days. But My decision makes my gf feels unhappy and keep arguing with me as she thought it is too short.. In my opinion, for sure my parents are more important but my gf keep asking me to treat my parents and her parents the same... She say i should divided my holiday evenly for my parents and her parents....

Haiz... What should i do ? Anyone experience this before ?

After doing my research, i have decided to buy a used car blm... Here come another problems.. Since like quite a lot case for the ppl being scam by the used car dealer... Hopefully some sifu can answer my question below...

I) Are there any reliable used car dealer to recommend me ?? I am at Subang-KL area. (I saw quite a lot thread about mudah website scammer dealer)
II) How long is the procedure if i cash buy the car ?
III) From the research that i made, the processing fees is around RM1500. If i cash buy the car, will the processing be much more cheaper ?
IV) Normally how long is the warranty that the used car dealer provide ? Should i ask him to provide black and white for the security purpose?

Hopefully i can get some answer so that the chances being scam will be lowered.

I am going to graduate soon and i am going to buy a second hand car around the price around 20-30k... Is saga blm a wise choice ?? because in my personal opinion, saga blm is quite good for its price.. However, i do not know how will it be after 5 years since i am going to buy the 2008-2009 model...

Is BLM tends to have many problems after 5 years ??? I know LMST is a reliable car even after 8 years because my father is driving one.. But for BLM i am not sure since it is not the reliable mitsu engine....

i am planning to have a memorable valentine day with my gf.... she always complain me not romantic... so i plan to give her a memorable day as we already together for 4 years....

my plan:
1) bring her to have a dinner at g tower
2) buy her a boutique of roses
3) stay in a romantic hotel to end our days...

the problem now is i cant find a decent and cheap hotel....
now le apple boutique hotel is my first choice but my only complaint is there is no bathtub in the bathroom...

can you guys please recommend me a decent romantic hotel with a bathtub (no pricey hotel and i prefer boutique hotel because i am still a student)? (please please.... no fapping comment) just want to have a memorable memories with my loved one....

Recently, i just rent a room at Subang SS15 there... It all seems very nice until i actually sleep at there for the first night.... OMFG.... I just realise how terrible the partition sound insulation is.... haizz..... i can hear the next room person sneezing, talking clearly like he just sit beside me..... Zzzzz.... I cant really sleep during the night..... I think the owner renovate the house by using partition in order to squeeze mroe room in her house to earn more money.... But seriously, can they just use brickwall instead of partition ??? haizz......

Can anyone have this kind of experience ??? Can teach me how to improve the sound insulation ???

Can anyone save me ??? I will Really Appreciate ur help.....

anyone that currently using broadband at subang jaya SS15 can give me some recommendation ???
As my gf move to a new house without internet connection, we have to sign up for a broadband but after doing some research i still didnt make up my mind to choose which one...

my gf often use the line for facebook and some ppstream... i wonder which broadband suit the best for her ??

it is the best if there is no contract bounding....

Why the room available in SS15 subang jaya is so hard to find ah ?? And the owner of the house is very "guai lan"

Today i go to SS15 to help my gf find room. When i go to view the room, the owner insisted that she want to meet my gf and me in person. (That time she is at another place, she asked her maid to open the room for me to view). I tell her my gf is having her internship at sarawak but she keep insisting wan to see her and ask me to go and let her c..... The only thing in my mind is "WTF" ? I spend 2 hours take bus from GK, setapak to Wangsa LRT then Kelana Jaya LRT then U623 to there. Then she insisted to see me again.... Damn.... Repeating her tenants safety first. "WTF ?" All the housemate are guys and my gf is a gal she still think we are dangerous ??? Damn..... One day 4 hours journey will dry me up.....

By the way, Anyone who has SS15, Subang Jaya room to let please don't hesitate to pm or leave me a msg... Prefer Facing main road as the crime rate at there is quite high. Worry my gf being robbed when walking in the small road there.....

let me talk about it briefly.....

Several months ago, my gf keep suffering from dizziness and heartbeat very fast which cause her to feel very uncomfortable and almost fainted for few times.... She felt uncomfortable for almost everyday and sometime will become very serious until admitted to hospital.. But after went through all test and analysis from 3 different heart specialist, they all only come out with PANIC ATTACK.... Give her some medicine but all also useless.... They all say my gf is very tension for the school studies but my gf still feel very uncomfortable even when she is resting during her semester break at home...

Out of choices, we go to see a chinese sifu and he say my gf is being "cursed" by someone, he tried to fix it but he only can relieve her for a short time then she start feeling uncomfortable again... Then, we meet with another malay bomoh who also claim my gf kena racun... After several courses of treatment and spending several thousand but still feeling uncomfortable.....

I kindly ask anyone who has any "Kong Tao" sifu to recommend to me..... At first i also do not really believe in "Kong Tao", but after seeing three heart specialist they also cannot identify what's wrong with my gf heartbeat... i guess "kong tao" is my only choices. I am really sad to see my gf suffering from this and getting skinnier.... Anyone please help me and i will appreciate ur help......
