How to get rid of double chin?

Everyday I only eat 2 fish, 1 chicken breast, 1 plate of rice, some light snacks, and sometimes canned food. But still got fat cheeks and dabel chin. How can i get slim face?

My kitten just caught this little fellow. There's an injury on it's chest that looks like bite mark (unable to assess severity of the injury), the blood appears blue which i wos laik wtf. i already put minyak gamat and everyone calmed down already. looks like wings are unaffected, though i think this bird dunno how to fly yet coz the parents bising2.

so.. wat do now?

Polis, JPN siasat viral pelajar teguk ketum

KOTA BHARU: Polis dan Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN) memulakan siasatan ke atas penyebaran gambar dan video pelajar yang didakwa meminum cecair disyaki air ketum, bermula hari ini.

Gambar pelajar perempuan mula viral pagi tadi menerusi akaun seorang individu di Facebook yang mendakwa kes seorang gadis meminum cecair disyaki air ketum itu berlaku di Kelantan.

Ketua Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Narkotik Kelantan, Superintendan Mit Emong, berkata pihaknya akan melakukan pemantauan termasuk menerusi Pegawai Perhubungan Polis (PPS) di sekolah di negeri ini.

Setakat ini, katanya, pihaknya belum menerima sebarang maklumat berkaitan kes itu tetapi akan bekerjasama dengan JPN.

"Kami akan menyiasat lebih lanjut untuk memastikan sama ada minuman itu adalah air ketum atau sebaliknya bagi menentukan kesahihannya," katanya ketika dihubungi di sini bagi mengulas laporan berkaitan viral itu.

Sementara itu Pengarah Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN), Muhammad Zahari Othman, berkata setakat ini pihaknya masih menjalankan siasatan berhubung viral itu sama ada membabitkan murid atau pelajar.

Katanya, mesyuarat juga sudah diadakan selepas mendapat tahu ia viral di laman sosial pada jam 11 pagi dan pihaknya sudah mengarahkan Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah mengadakan siasatan.

"Sekiranya ada, kita akan 'turun padang' ke lokasi yang dikenal pasti," katanya.

Seems like the mice and rats nearby my house held a community meeting and decided that they should go out during daylight instead of at night. They know all my cats are sleeping and lazy during daylight and only hunt them kao2 at night so they sneak out and walk around when the cats are sleeping.

The rats don't eat at my house since got no trash, but they use the lawn as passage from the roadside longkang to the neighbor infront since their lawn really dirty and unkempt. So i sked they lalu then just piss everywhere yo.

Can't put poison sked later some stupid strays go eat, put traps no use, they wont masuk trap or some cicak will makan the bait. Can't block their passage either since they enter from back gate then lalu the garden plants and exit thru front gate.

So k, wat do?

I need to save something in Adobe Illustrator format but the problem is I only have photoshop One is a .png file, one is a .psd file. Since I'm a noob at these editing stuff so I'm not sure how this works, but bottomline is I need it in A4 sized Illustrator file format.

Can anyone help me save these files into Illustrator format and reattach to me? I can submit via PM.

I believe a strong backbone for every big city lies in the efficiency of it's public transportation. Surely, JB's road system is a properly planned one, and it's bus routes are certainly commendable, but to rival it's neighboring giant (Singapore), I think it's best for the rulers of this great state to invest in a good MRT/LRT system.

For me to say this is difficult, as I am not a Johorean myself, and growing up in Kuala Lumpur I've certainly feel the importance of LRT/MRT as the primary public transport choice if compared to buses/taxis. I am aware at the numerous bus routes available, and also the efficient free-fare Bas Muafakat, but there's something about MRT/LRT that makes it feel a bit safer or smoother. There's a bit less hassle to worry about congestion do to flooding, accidents, and the frequency of the trains would save time instead of waiting for a bus for every 30 minutes. As more and more people migrating to the outskirts of the city due to the expensive properties in the city centre, more and more cars will congest the roads, and imagine the fumes from thousands of cars every morning. A year ago and when I moved to the city outskirts, I felt a difference in the taste of the air I breathe in- a fresh breeze compared to the dark cloudy fumes of Kuala Lumpur. But as time goes by, I notice more and more vehicles roaring at the main road in front of our house as early as 4am- and I'm afraid that this taste of fresh breeze would slowly disappear and is replaced by the same dark cloudy fumes of my birthplace.

I am no financial guru, nor am I worthy enough to commend on state rulings, but I feel it's a good time to make an investment for the people, not just for a short-term triumph, but for the well-being of this city for years to come. Perhaps it's time to take a great leap forward to a better future.

Spiderman homecoming sucks

Basically without his coughironmancough suit, kena nerf gao2. Marvel tryna make another cash cow just in case Robert Downey Jr leaves the franchise, they need another lovable funny/quirky tech geek to milk at.

I mean, i get it. Tom's Peter Parker is surely lovable, but whatever happened to his spidey sense? This Peter seems more like an ADHD kid and that seems to drown whatever extra-sensory focus the original Spiderman is supposed to have.

Whatever happened to his coming-of-age conflict? The part I find most endearing about spidey is his journey and exposure to tragedy that shapes him into becoming more mature. He was forced to become a responsible adult and the vulnerability of his loved ones becomes a stronger drive for him to protect others, not just to become cool and generally well-liked since he spent his whole life as a misfit. This spoodey is like "Boo-hoo, i screwed up and isn't good enough to be a hero since I am too ADHD to shoot a web at one of the pillar of the ferry. But sokay, Daddy Ironman is there to back me up just in case if imma be more powderful." Also, the way he handles that conflict isn't shown too well. So easy he move on to normal life. I'd love to see more of Tobey's depressed spoodey as a more convincing coping method right after you almost killed 1000 innocent lives.

I'm truly getting bored of another vanilla marvel creation. Winter Soldier still ranks as the best marvel movie to date. I'd like to see Marvel pull off the Cap'n traitor plot as a movie.

5/10 would not watch again for free. Wanted to put 4, but +1 for humorous moments.

I have the flu but with no fever

I have cold/flu with no high fever. Only cold sweats, chills and feeling extremely cold. And the other generic stuff like runny nose, cough, mucus, sore throat etc.

I heard fever is a symptom, it means your body is revving up the engines to fight off the virus. So since I have no fever, does that mean my antibody is not doing its job well?
