KennyP Networks and Broadband Mon, 28 Mar 2011 22:52:25 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1618430 I upgraded my 1mbps Streamyx to 4mbps on two days ago, TM technician came to my house then told me that I will able to get 4mbps within 24 hours.<br /><br />On the same day, I kept testing the speed and found my speed is still 1mbps.<br /><br />On the next day, I tested and still getting the same speed, so I tried to reconnect my Streamyx and got 4mbps finally&#33;<br /><br />Unfortunately, on the next day again (yesterday), I tried and it&#39;s back to 1mbps, I tried to reconnect about 5 times and got 4mbps after that, but it return to 1mbps after several hours.<br /><br />Is this normal situation or a problem?
