Hi everyone, may I check on the process to obtain MSIG Certificate of Insurance?

I am in the midst of applying autopass to enter Singapore. They don't accept cover note. Only certificate of Insurance but I'm not sure on how to get it at this hour.

My agent only sent me cover note usually but not the certificate.

Please help to advice on how can I get it online/ASAP. Thanks once again

FD or House Loan?

Say I have 100k in hand, would it be better to put in fd for a year to earn interest 4% per annum or dump in house loan to reduce home loan interest better?

What is the impact of putting in the said sum into house loan now vs I put it in after 5 years?

Half cut gearbox worth it?

Hi guys. Would like to ask some opinion. Lately my gen10. 5 altis gearbox has been leaking cvt oil despite changing a few major oil seal on last year.

So my next option would be either overhaul my gearbox or change a half cut imported from Japan gearbox. My question is half cut gearbox worth the gamble? Condition wise anyone has experience? I suppose japanese car is always in low mileage.

Usually how long is the car ownership in Japan before sending it for scrapping?

Hello everyone, need some advices on which plan to go for is better for me. I have a hire purchase loan with 3.87% interest balance with RM30k and 3years more to go.

Assuming I have extra funds now, would it be wise to dump everything on hire purchase and get 2.7k discount or better to dump in house loan with 4.2%?

Just want to know which is more worth it to deal with my extra funds? FD rate is so low these days at 3% only.

Problem of waze on iphone 6

I'm experiencing location accuracy problem and also most of the time it shows NO GPS, SHOWING APPROXIMATE LOCATION.

I know Chinese fend shui recommend south facing house, but why ?

Hi, I'm not sure wether am I putting my thread at the right place, moderator is welcome to switch it to the right section.

Currently applying a house loan of RM303k.. Blr -2.4, monthly installment would be RM1676 for 25 years while RM1526 for 30 years. Interest rate diff is rm46k for the extra 5 years loan.

Which option is better considering the value of money in future and also the future economic for the next
20-30 years?

My saga BLM auto produce loud "kluk kluk kluk" sound whenever I apply brake hard on raining day. Any idea why is it that happening? Normal day will not have such sound or I would say no sound at all. Front brake pad still got 30% on both sides. Rear drum I couldn't check.
