[Poll + Discussion] Funding for Renovation

Renovation is a big project for any new home owners.
Some might not do anything at all and just stay with minimum furniture.
Some will go for hiring contractors, and some will go for full ID persons.
Price range depending on what kind of home (condo vs landed, etc), most will easily range from 100k to 300k for mid average designs/fittings/furniture.

PS: I do acknowledge that some do have poor/unexpected financial planning/commitments for not considering/allocating budget for renovation after getting the house keys, but that's not the topic for discussion here.

Data collection for survey

Helo all

I am trying to collect data for a project.
The project was supposed to be a health survey
Due to the large amount of volunteers, expecting 500 per session, I need to monitor how efficient my staff are doing their job.

Workflow is like this.

Volunteers will be registered and given a bar code.
Then they will be distributed to our 5 staff who are manning the 5 windows pc + Internet connection available, with bar code reader each.

I just want to collect the data. As in which of my staff interviewed which volunteer, and how much time they took for each.

Any possible apps/softwares to do this?

Surveying around for an android tab
- main usage is to read ebook (pdf), internet browsing, portability (laptop is just too bulky)

Or anyone has better ideas than the 3 listed above?
- personally preferring the mi pad 4 plus as it's the only tab that can give me 128gb inbuilt storage
- but the screen resolution wise, samsung and huawei are definitely doing better job if i were to have crisper text while reading my ebooks

Hi there, i have zero (maybe negative) knowledge regarding car finance.

I own a city 2017, currently on 9 years loan (which i regretted) with monthly payment of RM812
lets say i wish to upgrade to crv,
1. is it possible to sell a car which is still under loan to upgrade to a crv?
2. if yes, what are my options? (i.e: sell my city? trade in my city?)
3. how much will be my new monthly commitment

with the new fuel subsidy that's set to be implemented next year, i'm guessing that it will be 1 name for 100L/month

here's the problem
i own 2 cars, a 2017 honda city and a 2012 proton saga flx

thinking of selling the 2012 saga flx and get a new car under my wife's name to entitle for the fuel subsidy
- and my wife cant' drive the manual saga flx
- her last car NCD was in 2016. which i think she lost the ncd after selling off the viva, now she doesn't own any car. (correct me if i'm wrong)

hence comes the question of which car to buy, with a downpayment of 10k + monthly commitment of max 700/month

what options do i have?
1. buy a new myvi
2. buy a used toyota vios
3. stay with the old saga, just change the ownership of the saga to my wife's name and lose the ncd

anyone succeeded in purchasing ETS ticket from any destination for the entire month of August 2017?
seems like KTMB site and easybook site always show no tickets available

is this system error or it's really sold out for the whole month?
