But do not want to own any share of the company, but just want a position, such as (NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR), to get salary only.

While the company paying back the amount of the person lend to the company

Company properties/Legal Action

If you form/create a database for a new company , when you left the company, do you need to return the database to the company with complete details ?

boss not good as he threathen my fren n few staff will take legal action against them, ask them to return all company properties, they duno wat properties he refer to , as they never take anything from the company.

they left becoz boss never give epf and socso and cut salary without inform or memo.

Black Company I would said.

after sales service = proton
compromise on the interior quality
Bad impression since proton product always have some issue = QC issue ??

ppl saw Proton will response with yer, proton only must be a lot problem. becoz of local car ? look lousy ??

My conclusion after testing both car, feel that Forte is better but Inspiraa oso not bad, so I might need all sifu comments and advice on both car , so that I wont make wrong decision for car.

Asus Laptop

Can I know currently what is the most problem will be faced for the Asus laptop U35JC-RX012V and A42JV-VX042V ?
I am confusing in making final decision to buy which model.
I prefer can be gaming and multitasking a lot, and also the weight and the battery.
I would like to choose the U35JC, but I am considering, the model is light but will it affect the performance compare to the other model that's have the same spec with it.

Anyone professional here please help me for giving me some comment and advice.
I save money for a period for only buy a nice laptop which budget within either RM2499 A42JV-VX042V OR RM2899 U35JC-RX012V.
I don't want to make a wrong decision.
Please help me.
