[WTA] Accounting to Banking

Dear all,

I would like to ask whether do Banks accept experienced accounting graduate (3 years of audit experience)? I have applied through various online job portals (Jobstreet, Jobscentral, etc) and even Banks' websites but still no reply from them. What are the chances they would call for an interview or how long normally do I need to wait?

Also, do they prefer Fresh Graduates? I am applying for position in Sales/Credit processing.

Any tips for applying banking job as I want to change career from accounting.

I was called for an interview this weekend from Maybank and I would like to ask what is the job scope of this position? Any career prospect?

Managing new and exisiting customers relationship? I heard its mainly sales and what is the starting salary for this position with a degree.

[WTA] Directors disagreement

Company A is a Sdn. Bhd.

Consist of Director A, B C, D (also shareholders)

Company A have cash flow problem so Company A cant pay suppliers and may close down.

However, Director A and B decided that the Directors should use their own money first to pay the suppliers but Director C and D doesnt want to contribute.

What legal action can both Director A and B can take on Director C and B?

Hi,

I would like to ask, recently I approached an owner of a house which I'm interested to buy. The owner and I agreed to closed the price at RM400,000 (for example).

However, the owner is only willing to let go of the property in March 2015 when he is be eligible for the 5 years RPGT exemption.

The question is, do I need to sign the S&P first or is there any agreement needed to lock down the property to be sold to me only? And is it advisable for me to go into these type of agreement? What if he backs out?
