Need Advice - After Sales Service Charges

Hi,

I am bringing in some equipment from overseas, customer wants me to provide after sales service. There are two types of services:

1. Scheduled Maintenance Agreements
2. Pay as you go service (whenever equipment have problem/break down)

I am wondering how much should I charge for Scheduled Maintenance Agreements per month, is 1-1.5% of the equipment price a fair price ?

How should I charge for pay whenever the equipment have problem ? How much per visit ?

I need to hire a mechanic for the maintenance task, thus need to work out if I can cover the pay of a mechanic by providing this service.

List of Slaughter House in Malaysia

I tried Google for slaughter house in Malaysia, but couldn't find any. I sell industrial steam cleaner, very effective for cleaning oil and grease. My sales manager wants to offer some cleaning service to these slaughter house, that's why I'm looking for it.

Does anybody know where I could get the list ?
